This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on this website. It covers foops.uk only, not the Foops app, which has its own terms for customers.

Who we are

Foops is run by Eat Barbs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15124935, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@foops.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, business name, number of sites, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a demo and talk to you about Foops. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch, and we use your details for that and nothing else. We will not sell your details or add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form requests and delivers them to us by email, acting on our instructions. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for 12 months after we last hear from you, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@foops.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
